5 Ways to Get Your Body Speedo-Ready


Spring is just around the corner, and you know what that means. It means that we will be so damn happy about showing our bodies just a bit more than during winter time, so we won’t even realize that summer is going to come extremely quickly. So by the time you realize that summer is approaching very fast, you need to have worked hard on your body. Why? Because it’s Speedo season, and if you want to rock this magnificent piece of clothing on the beach (or even in bed, why not?), now is the time to start working on it. Prepare your camera and make that peach photogenic!

Work on your abs



It’s not a secret that not everyone can wear Speedos. First of all, you really need to pay attention to your figure and your muscles. Wearing a Speedo might be a double-edged sword – it can definitely enhance your look, but if you’re not a muscular person, you might want to avoid wearing them as they will accentuate all the wrong features. However, if you really, like, super really want to wear Speedos this summer, make sure to start with your abs. Try to get rid of the fat belt around your belly as much as you can. You don’t have to have a six-pack, just to be clear, as the dad bod is quite popular this season, but make sure to lose as much fat as you can.

It’s always very aesthetically pleasing when you see a guy who has muscles everywhere. No, we’re not talking about the people who look like a cloud (if you don’t remember the meme from a couple of years ago, google “so I became a cloud meme”). Drink less



Many people like to drink alcohol, and there’s seriously nothing wrong in letting your hair down and drinking a glass or two once in a while. However, make sure that you don’t overdo it, as alcoholic drinks are full with sugar and you don’t want no sugar in your system if you want a hot body this summer. Not only does it add calories, but it also slows down your body’s ability to process foods.
